Yes. You can schedule a tow at the time of payment for your vehicle’s release.

We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The name on the credit card must match the ID of the cardholder, and the cardholder must be present at the time of payment.

If a HOLD has been placed on your vehicle, you must contact the agency that issued it. The vehicle cannot be released or accessed until the HOLD is lifted by the responsible agency.

Yes. If you are unable to retrieve your vehicle personally, you may send someone with a notarized authorization letter that includes the vehicle details and VIN. The authorized person must present.

A staff member can assist you by retrieving your ID or necessary ownership documents from your vehicle. However, they are not permitted to retrieve personal belongings.

To retrieve your vehicle, you must provide:

  • Proof of Ownership, such as a current vehicle registration, an original title or an electronic title (copies are not accepted).
  • A state-issued photo ID or passport that is NOT expired.
  • A valid driver’s license if you plan to drive the vehicle off the lot. If you only have an ID, we can move your vehicle to the street for an additional fee.

Please note: We do not accept vehicle insurance as proof of ownership, and copies of IDs are not accepted.

We are located south of Owens Avenue, north of Washington Avenue, east of I-15, and west of Main Street.

Specific Directions:

  • From I-15 Northbound: Take the D Street exit and continue north to Washington Avenue. Turn right (east) on Washington, then turn left (north) onto A Street and continue for 0.5 miles.
  • From I-15 Southbound: Take the Washington Avenue exit and turn left (east) onto Washington. Then, turn left (north) onto A Street and continue for 0.5 miles.

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. The towing office operates 24/7, but please note than an after-hours fee applies for visits and vehicle releases outside regular business hours.
