Recovering Your Vehicle

Rows of vehicles in an impound lot

Retrieving Your Vehicle from Ewing Bros.

If your vehicle was towed at the request of a law enforcement agency or from private property, the fastest way to locate it is by visiting AutoReturn.com or calling us at 702-382-9261

Please have your vehicle details ready, including the VIN, make, model, and tow date.

Since storage fees accumulate daily, we encourage you to retrieve your vehicle as soon as possible to avoid additional charges.

Vehicle Pickup & Visitation

For the most cost-effective option, retrieve or visit your vehicle during our regular business hours:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding holidays)

One free visit is permitted during business hours. Retrieval outside of these hours—including weekends and holidays—will incur an after-hours fee.

Authorized Vehicle Release

If you are not the legal or registered owner, you must provide:

  • A signed and notarized letter from the legal or registered owner authorizing the release of the vehicle. The letter must include the VIN and a vehicle description.
  • For vehicles belonging to incarcerated owners, an official Vehicle Release Form—available to inmates—must be completed and signed by the owner.
  • If your vehicle is under a police hold, you must contact the impounding law enforcement agency to have the hold released before retrieving the vehicle or accessing personal property.
  • For rental vehicles, only the rental company may authorize release. Written consent from the rental company is required for retrieval or property removal.

Note: Proof of insurance is not considered valid proof of ownership.

Vehicle Property & Restrictions

Any installed equipment or accessories (wheels, amplifiers, radios, batteries, etc.) cannot be removed until all charges are paid and the vehicle is removed from our impound yard.
