  1. What are the business hours?

    The business hours are between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The tow office is open 24 hours.

  2. What information do I need to bring with me to get my vehicle back?

    Proof of ownership such as a current registration, a title, or bill of sale accompanied with an application for a duplicate title, plus a state issued picture ID.

  3. What if my ID or other required information is in the vehicle?

    We will send a lot person to your vehicle to retrieve what ID and other information you need when you come to our office at 1200 A Street.

  4. Can the lot person also retrieve personal items?

    No, only registrations and personal ID.

  5. What if my vehicle has been put on "HOLD" by Metro, NHP or some other impounding agency?

    The vehicle must be released by the impounding agency. You must contact the impounding agency to find out the status of the hold on your vehicle. When they release the vehicle, they will provide you with the proper documentation.

  6. How do I pay for the tow?

    Impounds and stored vehicles can be paid for with cash or local check with a Nevada issued ID. For private tows and other services only, cash or local check with a Nevada issued ID, along with all credit cards other than American Express.

  7. If I need to have a vehicle towed, can I pay in advance?

    Yes. We can take credit cards over the phone or you can come down and pay at our office at 1200 A Street.

  8. Can I schedule a tow in advance?

    Yes. Call one of our dispatchers, give them the necessary information and the time that you want the tow.

  9. Where is Ewing Bros. located?
    General Directions:

    We are located in the area between south of Owens & north of Washington and just east of I-15 & west of Main Street.

    Specific Directions:
    • From I-15, heading north: take the "D Street" off ramp; straight (north) to Washington; turn right on Washington (east); turn left (north) on "A Street" for .5 mile.
    • From I-15, heading south: take the Washington Avenue off ramp; turn left (east) on Washington to "A Street"; turn left (north) for .5 mile.
